H4All CIO is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) made up of five prominent third sector charities: Age UK Hillingdon Harrow & Brent, DASH, Carers Trust Hillingdon, Harlington Hospice and Hillingdon Mind.
H4All CIO is a partner in the local Hillingdon Health and Care Partnership (HHCP) which includes the Hillingdon Primary Care Confederation as well as the local NHS foundation trusts providing community care services and acute hospital care.

The objectives of H4All CIO are:
The advancement of the health and wellbeing of residents of the London Borough of Hillingdon and the surrounding areas
The development and delivery of wellbeing and other social prescription based services
Promoting access to preventative resources provided by other voluntary sector organisations
The promotion and improvement of capacity-building and improved coordination of charities and not-for-profit, voluntary and community organisations in the London Borough of Hillingdon and the surrounding areas
The provision and management of office accommodation, conference, training and other facilities, services or support.
