On a sunny day at Hillingdon Primary School, the H4All team were delighted to represent and engage with families, educators and fellow third sector organisations.

It was to provide a day of fun for Hillingdon residents in the aim of identifying residents with undiagnosed hypertension. Hypertension increases an individual’s risk of a heart attack, stroke, heart failure and other health issues. By running events like the Wellbeing Fun Day, the NHS is finding innovative ways to empower their patients to prevent the risk of these health conditions and we were delighted to support them in their efforts.

We ran an activity inviting visitors to guess the amount of sugar in some popular biscuit varieties that were all sugar-free to encourage healthy changes through small and informed choices.

633 children, parents, carers and community members came together and we were proud to be part of it.
