Community Champions “Happy to Chat about Wellbeing”.

Brunel Business School invited H4All to their latest Happy to Chat event on 16th March. For this month, the theme was “Happy to Chat about Wellbeing”.

The session was a space for students to connect and talk openly about their wellbeing in their personal and student life. Throughout the afternoon, students dropped into the Michael Sterling Atrium for conversations and participated in icebreaker and reflection activities. They also shared their feedback on how the Happy to Chat initiative can support wellbeing throughout the campus.

H4All joined to share tips on reducing their everyday stress, also how people can engage in volunteering opportunities to improve their wellbeing and personal confidence as well. Our Health & Wellbeing Officer appreciated the opportunity to understand students’ experiences of wellbeing.

Our Community Champions programme brings together staff and volunteers who share important health and wellbeing messages across the borough. These healthcare messages are shared through events, group meetings, outreach sessions and even social media. We would love to connect with more community groups to ensure our communities can have a platform to voice how to improve health and wellbeing in Hillingdon.
