Building resilience in the workplace is essential for navigating the challenges, pressures and changes that come with modern professional life. Resilience is not about avoiding difficulties but developing the capacity to adapt, recover and grow stronger from them. A recent workshop, shown in the image below, brought colleagues together around a shared table to explore exactly how individuals and teams can build the skills and habits which support long-term wellbeing and effectiveness at work.
