Counselling

H4All CIO offers a range of counselling services to help understand and address issues which may be a cause of distress to you. Counselling offers you an opportunity to talk with someone who is trained to listen. It can help you make better sense of the feelings you are experiencing, and enable you to see difficulties in a more manageable way.

Counselling services of; Hillingdon Mind, Harlington Hospice and Hillingdon Carers have been brought together as H4All CIO Counselling Services, under one Head of Counselling.
