This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how communities, charities and health services work together across Hillingdon. You'll play a key role in connecting local organisations with NHS neighbourhood teams, ensuring community voices influence decisions and helping to tackle health inequalities through innovative, community-led approaches.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with local charities, community groups and NHS partners

  • Mapping community assets and identifying opportunities for collaboration

  • Supporting prevention projects that improve health and wellbeing

  • Helping local organisations understand and engage with neighbourhood working

  • Growing connections between the voluntary sector and health services

What We're Looking For

​

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

  • Experience working with communities, voluntary organisations or partnerships

  • Ability to gather and analyse information and turn it into meaningful insights

  • A proactive and organised approach to work

  • Passion for reducing inequalities and improving local health outcomes
