Join H4All in empowering the Harefield community!

As a key advocate for the Community Champions project, you’ll engage with residents, businesses, and NHS services to promote wellbeing and foster partnerships. From door-to-door outreach to organising events, you’ll connect individuals to vital resources, recruit volunteers, and support diverse community needs.

Key responsibilities include:
• Community engagement and outreach.
• Volunteer recruitment and training.
• Promoting health initiatives and local resources.
• Monitoring project impact and reporting outcomes.
