About the Role

H4All, a collaborative partnership within the London Borough of Hillingdon, operates under the charity Third Sector Together North West London (3ST). Together, we’re dedicated to enhancing health, wellbeing and community through our alliance with our sovereign partners.

We’re excited to evolve our Community Development programme and are seeking a passionate and dynamic Communications & Engagement Officer to help us make a significant impact in Hillingdon.

What you’ll do:
• Craft and deliver a dynamic communications campaign to elevate the profile of our new development programme
• Expand and engage our membership within the Hillingdon Community Network, ensuring regular, impactful meetings and communications
• Champion inclusivity by leading outreach to BAME and disengaged communities, guaranteeing their voices are heard and needs are met
• Revitalise our brand in collaboration with other team members, refreshing all communication materials to align with our fresh, new branding guidelines

We need someone who:
• Has a knack for developing eye-catching campaigns with attention to detail
• Has a strong pulse on community needs and is adept at building relationships
• Has a talent for keeping digital content fresh, engaging and current
• Is committed to diversity and inclusion, with a focus on empowering marginalised communities
• Enjoys working collaboratively with great organisational skills in order to work to deadlines and within a fast-paced environment
• Can professionally represent our organisation and feels passionately about working within the Hillingdon community
